Who can legally buy cannabis?

Anyone over 21 years old with a valid ID. You do not need to have a medical marijuana card and you do not need to be a Washington resident.

What are acceptable forms of identification?

Valid forms of identification include a driver’s license, instruction permit, an identification card from any state, province of Canada, U.S. territory or Washington D.C., an identified issued by a Washington state department of licensing, a U.S. armed forces ID, Passport, Merchant Marine ID, or a government-issued Indian Tribal ID card from Washington. An expired ID can NOT be used to verify age.

May I consume cannabis products on the premises?

No, you may not open, smoke, or consume any cannabis product on the premises of a retail cannabis operation. Open containers of marijuana are illegal in a recreational store and consumption of cannabis products is not allowed in public.

Do you have an ATM?

Yes. We have 2 ATMs in our showroom.

Can I return/exchange products that I’ve purchased?

We cannot return or exchange any products that have been sold and left the premises EXCEPT FOR cartridges or batteries. Anything with an electrical component may be exchanged if they do not operate correctly.

How much marijuana can I purchase?

You can purchase up to one ounce (28 grams) of marijuana at one time at our store.

Can I purchase cannabis for resale?

No. This is a violation of state and federal law. Only state-licensed retailers may retail cannabis or cannabis products in Washington.

Can I travel out of state with cannabis purchased in Washington?

No, Washington marijuana can’t legally be transported or used outside of the state of Washington. Transportation over state lines is a violation of federal law.

Where can I legally smoke Marijuana?

For now, you can only use marijuana at a private residence. If you use marijuana in a public place, you may be fined. Some hotels and “bud and breakfast” resorts allow their guests to smoke, but you’ll want to call and check first. Smoking lounges (similar to bars for marijuana) are currently banned in Washington state.
